For events over 300 guests or requiring custom stage/technical production, we recommend booking 6–10 weeks ahead. Smaller conferences or launches can often be arranged with 3–4 weeks' notice, subject to venue availability.
Yes. Our account and production teams coordinate in both English and Vietnamese, including with local venues, vendors and authorities, so international clients don't need a separate translator on-site.
