The agency organized an event to celebrate the establishment of the finance and banking industry.

DK Entertainment Media offers a comprehensive package of services for organizing anniversary celebrations for the banking, finance, and insurance industries.

Typical activities that add significance to the banking industry’s anniversary event:

1. For the Leadership Team: Affirming Vision & Gratitude

Activities for the leadership team are often highly symbolic, reflecting their role as “the helmsmen.”

  • The “Torch Relay” ceremony (Flame Passing): Leaders of different generations (past and present) jointly perform the torch-lighting ceremony or illuminate a shared symbol. This is a touching moment, demonstrating the inheritance and preservation of core values.
  • Opening a new chapter (Digital Ribbon Cutting): Instead of the traditional ribbon-cutting, the management team performed a ceremony where they touched the LED screen to activate a new journey (Virtual Launch), demonstrating their commitment to digital transformation.
  • Honoring the “Big Tree”: Management directly presents medals, certificates of commendation, or special gifts to long-term employes. This is how leadership shows appreciation for human resources.
  • Talk show “Untold Stories”: A casual sharing session between management and employes about the bank’s difficult “overcoming the waves” periods, helping to bridge the hierarchical gap.

2. For Employes: Pride & Engagement

With the young and dynamic workforce in the banking industry today, activities that require high creativity and interaction are needed.

  • The “Bank Cultural Ambassador” competition: Organize history, industry knowledge, or talent competitions (Voice of VCB, King & Queen) before the anniversary celebration. The final nite will take place right at the ceremony.
  • The artistic performance “Homegrown and Garden-Grown”: Employes from various departments/branches self-staged theatrical or dance performances that humorously and humanely recreated their daily work at the transaction counter.
  • The “30-Year Mark” wall: Each employe wrote a wish or signed a piece of the puzzle. When completed, all the pieces will form the image of the bank’s logo or the number of years of celebration.
  • Activity: “Proud of the Colors of Our Uniforms”: Launch a uniform or brand-color-themed day, check-in to receive gifts on the bank’s internal app.

3. Team Activity: Building a “One Team” spirit

  • Documentary “Heritage Journey”: The entire auditorium watched the film about the history of its formation. Images of bank employes from the early days to the present are always the most emotionally resonant touchpoints.
  • CSR Activities (Charity): On the occasion of the anniversary, the bank often announces scholarship funds, builds homes for the needy… contributed by the Board of Directors and employes themselves, in order to add humanistic meaning to the holiday.
  • Gala Dinner & Lucky Draw: The evening dinner party with lucky draw programs featuring valuable prizes, creating an explosive and exciting atmosphere for all employes.

4. Suggestions from DK Entertainment Media to increase effectiveness:

  • Digital Interaction: The banking industry is promoting “Digital Banking,” so activities like lucky draws, asking questions to leaders, or voting for cultural performances should be done entirely thru the Mobile App or QR codes.
  • Personalized gifts: Instead of generic gifts, prepare items engraved with the employee’s name or the number of years they’ve dedicated.
  • Unified Concept: All of the above activities should be linked thru a central theme (e.g., “Steadfastly Reaching New Heights” or “Connecting Trust”) so that after the event, this spirit remains present in daily work.

Concept suggestions for the founding anniversary from DK Entertainment Media

CONCEPT: “ESSENCE CONTINUES – STEADFAST AND FAR-REACHING”

  • Meaning: “Tinh hoa” represents 30 years of accumulated history, embodying the best values. “Continuity” is the transfer between generations of leaders and employes. ” vững vàng vươn xa” ( vững vàng vươn xa) affirms its position as the number one bank and its aspiration to reach global heights
  • Main color scheme: Green (Vietcombank Green) combined with Golden Yellow (Luxury Gold) and Porcelain White (Elegant White).

DETAILED PROPOSAL

1. Design & Publications: “Touching” on Class

For the bank, the invitation letter is the first “face” that shows respect for VIP guests.

  • Invitation: * Uses high-quality art paper and gold foil stamps the 30-year logo.
  • Technology: Integrated NFC chip or personalized QR code. When guests tap their phones on the invitation, a short video summarizing the 30-year journey will appear, leading directly to the attendance confirmation page.
  • Key Visual: Stylized image from the curves of the Vietcombank logo, developed into ribbons of light connecting the past to the future.

2. Reception area: “Time Tunnel”
Instead of the usual photo booths, create an experiential space:

  • Historical Journey: Along the path leading to the banquet hall are LED screens or digital picture frames showcasing historical milestones from the bank’s founding day to its becoming a trillion-dollar institution.
  • Digital Museum: Displays memorabilia (first bank card, old savings book, etc.) combined with Holobox technology (3D object projection in a glass case).

3. Engagement Activities

  • Digital Gratitude Tree: Guests touch the LED screen, a “leaf” containing a wish flies up and contributes to the greening of the Vietcombank ancient tree on the large screen.
  • Talk show “The Next Generation”: A brief conversation between a senior leader and a distinguished young officer discussing the transfer of the bank’s culture and spirit.

4. Event Timeline

Duration Segment Artistic / Performance Details
30′ Guest Welcome & Reception Semi-classical ensemble music, light cocktail reception with appetizers.
10′ Opening Performance 3D Mapping show combined with contemporary dance, visually symbolizing the formation and flow of capital streams nurturing Vietnam’s economic foundation.
15′ Opening Ceremony Speeches by Board of Leadership & Representative from the State Bank of Vietnam (Ngân hàng Nhà nước).
10′ Hero Video Short documentary film: “30 Years – Unwavering Footsteps” (using sand art technique or motion graphics for artistic storytelling).
05′ Commemorative Ceremony Leadership performs symbolic gesture: Touching a massive crystal/plasma orb. Light beams radiate from the orb across the banquet hall, illuminating the 30-year logo.
45′ Gala Dinner Premium European/Asian fusion high-end banquet, accompanied by live chamber orchestra music.
20′ Recognition & Awards Presentation of commemorative medals/plaques to “Veteran Trees” (long-serving employees loyal for over 20 years).
10′ Closing Group performance: Choir singing a song by VCB’s own staff/executives, evoking unity, pride, and emotional connection.

SUGGESTION:

  • Emphasizing Authenticity: For state-owned or majority state-capitalized banks, every detail from the MC’s introduction to the seating arrangement for VIP guests (ministry and department leaders) must be extremely precise and adhere to diplomatic protocol.
  • Thank you gifts: These should be highly commemorative and symbolic items such as: Gold/silver coins embossed with the 30-year logo, high-end pens engraved with guests’ names, or an artbook about the bank’s history.
  • The “Digital Banking” factor: Although it’s old, it needs to show innovation. Let’s use interactive technologies (touch screens, AR photos) to demonstrate that the bank is undergoing a strong transformation in the 4.0 era.
  • Music: Prioritize instrumental music, semi-classical music, or newly arranged songs about love for one’s homeland to maintain solemnity without sounding outdated.
  • Team-building scenario connecting and accompanying the series of events celebrating the founding of the banking industry from DK Entertainment Media

To create strong cohesion and a vibrant atmosphere for the banking industry celebration, DK Entertainment Media proposes an indoor (indoors) Teambuilding scenario titled: “BANKERS – CONNECTING TRUST, BREAKING THRU HEIGHTS”.

This scenario is designed to skillfully integrate financial operations, prudence, and teamwork – the core characteristics of a banker.

I. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

  • Duration: 60 – 90 minutes (Usually takes place before the Gala dinner).
  • Target Audience: All employes and the Board of Directors.
  • Format: Randomly divided into teams (mixing departments/branches to increase connection).

II. “THE BANKER’S JOURNEY” GAME SERIES “

Game 1: “Bank Code” (Icebreaker – Warm-up)

  • How to play: Each team receives a series of discrete numbers or images related to the bank’s historical milestones (e.g., 1963, 2025, stock code, number of branches…).
  • Task: In 3 minutes, the team must arrange these numbers into a meaningful timeline/message and present its significance.
  • Objective: To evoke pride in the unit’s history and general knowledge.

Game 2: “Smart Money Flow” (Coordination)

  • Equipment: Each team is provided with halved plastic tubes and a tennis ball (representing “Capital Flow”).
  • How to play: Members line up, using plastic tubes connected end-to-end to guide the ball from the starting point to the finish line (the money box) without dropping it.
  • Purpose: To simulate the smooth flow of capital. Just one loose “link” and the flow of capital will be interrupted.

Game 3: “Understanding Customers” (Teamwork & Reflexes)

  • How to play: One team member will stand with their back to the LED screen, while the remaining members look at the keywords (which are the names of the bank’s products/services such as: Credit card, Online savings, International money transfer…) and use actions (without speaking) to describe them.
  • Objective: To train the ability to understand and accurately convey information – a key element in customer service.

Game 4: “Building a Value Tower” (Breakthrough)

  • Materials: Giant foam blocks printed with core value keywords (e.g., Trust, Standards, Innovation, Sustainability).
  • How to play: The teams must compete to build the tallest tower from these foam blocks on a trampoline or an unstable surface held by other members.
  • Purpose: To show solidarity. For the bank to stand firm and reach new heights, it requires the unanimous support of all links from bottom to top.

III. SPECIAL CONNECTING ACTIVITY: “PIECE OF PROSPERITY” (Big Game finale)

This is the most poignant and explosive moment:

  • Each team will receive a few large puzzle pieces after the games.
  • All teams gather on the main stage and work together to piece the fragments into a giant picture (usually 3m x 5m in size).
  • Picture content: A vibrant image of the bank headquarters or the anniversary logo along with the program’s message.
  • Management Moment: The final piece (center) will be placed by the Management Representative. When the final piece fits into place, the electrical and lighting system will explode.

IV. SUGGESTIONS FOR EFFECTIVE ORGANIZATION:

  • Music: Use fast-paced, inspiring background music (Electronic combined with modern orchestral music).
  • Award System: In addition to cash prizes, there should be “privileged” awards such as: an extra day off, shopping vouchers, or a custom-designed commemorative trophy.
  • Tech check-in corner: Use a 360-degree camera or bank-branded AR filter so employes can freely create social media content while they play.

Let us tell your story in the most impressive, unique, and emotional way.
