• Chia Team “Battle”: Each team (Dev, Marketing, Sales, CS) sends one representative to the stage.

Tips for collecting data for this questionnaire:

• Conduct a secret survey: One week before the event, send out a short survey form (Typeform/Google Form) asking about: “The funniest moment of the year,” “Strange habits of colleagues,” and “Favorite food.”
• Use the company’s “Meme” group: If your company has group chats dedicated to internal memes, get ideas from there. There’s nothing more fun than seeing real-life “memes” brought to the big screen.

• Power Consumption: The sound, lighting, and LED screen systems for EDM consume a huge amount of electricity. Please check if the venue has enough capacity or if there is a backup generator.
